Session 2. Door

In the second class, I made a door using A4 technical drawing. First, I glued the drawings to the ticket card with Pritt Stick, then cut the lines. It was hard to cut the vulnerable areas such as inner parts of the door. I tried to concentrate on cutting the thinnest lines, especially not over the line. Second, I moved to the mount board and cut a retangular which fits to the door size. To open the door in and out, I attached making tape to left side of the door, Next, l glued all parts of the door one by one using PVA. After drying the glue, I painted the door and wall in purple color, then highlighted the door in white. It was such a great time to make my own door using technical drawing even though there were some difficulties. The process of making modeling door gave me fun and satisfation. Through this class, I could learn how I can handle the blade to cut accurately when I cut some delicate parts.
