In week 3 class, I made a beret. For making patterns, I draw a circle which fits my head size. After making two patterns, I cut the cloth along the patterns. Next, I sewd two pieces of cloth together and then turned it inside out. The beret is completed! The process of making beret was quite interesting and gave me satisfaction even though I was a little struggling at first. Sewing the two pieces of cloth together was the trickiest part for me. The solution was leaving seam allowance when I cut the cloth and pinning along it. It made me sew them easier.
